Conversational Spanish I
¿Habla
español?
Our beginning level Spanish course introduces students to
the basic concepts of the language and focuses on Spanish as
a part of everyday life. Topics include common greetings,
asking and giving personal information, basic vocabulary for
travelers, asking for and giving directions, colors and
numbers, the Spanish alphabet and the fundamentals of
pronunciation. Hispanic culture is also introduced
throughout the course.

Conversational Spanish II
This course is a continuation of Conversational Spanish I or
an entry level for students who have previously studied
Spanish. In this course the basics of Spanish grammar are
introduced, and emphasis is placed on listening
comprehension and vocabulary building. |

Accelerated
Conversational Spanish
Designed
for motivated students who want to learn as much Spanish as
possible in a short amount of time, this course combines the topics presented in Conversational
Spanish I and II. It is perfect for travelers or
businesspeople who will be traveling to Spanish-speaking
countries and wish to develop their communication skills in
Spanish before departing. |

Intermediate
Spanish I
If you
have a basic knowledge of Spanish grammar, but need to brush
up on your skills and want to break out of basic Spanish,
then our intermediate level course is for you! This
class builds on the basics of Spanish grammar, including all verb tenses, the
basics of the Spanish subjunctive and object pronouns.
Students enrolled in this course improve their
conversational skills while learning proper Spanish grammar. |

Children's Spanish
Studies

Children's Spanish
Camp
This fun, weekly camp gives children the opportunity to
learn about the Spanish language and culture. Daily

give personal information, describe places and their
location, basic travel vocabulary and more. Brazilian

Anyone

and more. Russian culture is also
introduced throughout the course in order to further develop
students' understanding of the language and its rich

American Sign Language
I
American
Sign Language can be a useful communication tool, and this
course is perfect for anyone who wants to learn this unique
language. Our course teaches the ASL alphabet, and then
introduces topics of everyday life and conversations,
including introducing yourself, asking for and giving
personal information, describing things and places, and much
more. Students learn vocabulary and phrases that can
be useful in any number of everyday or business situations. |

American Sign Language
II
This is a
continuing course for students who have already completed
American Sign Language I or have previous knowledge of ASL.
During this class, students continue to pursue ASL as a way
of communicating during daily life. Real-life
situations are used to teach vocabulary and comprehension in
both understanding and signing. |

English as a Second Language I (ESL)
To
successfully live and prosper in a country, you must speak
and understand its language.
This course is designed for students who need to know the
basics of English for life in an English-speaking country.
Topics include the basics (English alphabet and the
fundamentals of pronunciation, numbers, asking for and
giving personal information, asking directions, describing
places and their location) and everyday vocabulary (telling
time, dates, buying groceries and more). |

Accent Reduction
Before you can ever reduce your accent, you have to be able
to hear it. Designed to help students recognize and
minimize their accent, this course teaches how to identify pronunciation errors,
as well as tips and tricks on how to
fix the common problems of American English pronunciation,
stress, rhythm and enunciation. The course is open to all
students who have learned English as a second language, regardless of their native language. |
